Union Minister of Culture and Tourism Gajendra Singh Shekhawat on Thursday said that for India to reach its pinnacle, the society needs to connect with the ideals of Lord Ram. The minister added that Ramleela is becoming a vital medium for this connection.

As the nation is nearing the festive season, Sanatan Sanskaram Parivar in New Delhi has geared up for Ramleela celebrations across the city. On Thursday, a ground worship ritual was organised at the DDA Ramleela Ground, Rohini Sector-23, as part of the preparations for the grand Ramleela celebrations.
Delhi’s Social Welfare Minister Ravinder Indraj said that the Delhi Government is ensuring that this year’s Ramleela in the capital will be the grandest ever.
He emphasized that this Ramleela is not just a festival, but a divine effort to spread the eternal values of Sanatan Dharma to every citizen. He further reiterated that the Delhi Government is committed to ensuring that cultural events held in the capital are world-class and carry forward messages of morality and social values to the younger generations.
Speaking at the event, MP Manoj Tiwari said, “Through Ramleela, we imbibe lessons of truth, righteousness, and ideal life values, and sing devotional songs for the audience.
